The Aromatherapy Room Reflexologist and aromatherapist based in the beautiful village of Stisted, Braintree. Offering a range of personalised aromatherapy & reflexology treatments.

Member of the FHT, Professional Reflexology Association & ChTA. My holistic therapy journey. I have always used aromatherapy. In my daily life from a young age I enjoyed trying out different essential oils in a burner, taking in the fabulous scents. I also used essential oils topically (on the skin) but it was only later , when I embarked on various courses, I discovered how to use essential oil safely. I have always loved learning and would emerge myself in books about aromatherapy. To continue my aromatherapy journey I completed my emotional aromatherapy practitioner certification with the Cambridge College of Holistic Health in 2020 and in 2023 I completed my iTEC level 3 aromatherapy diploma at The Cotswold Academy. I have now obtained my level 3 in reflexology so offer a complete holistic experience. I am excited to be getting my lovely Aromatherapy Room ready to start taking my first customers. The signs of stress can be subtle.
Sometimes, there’s no racing heart, overwhelming anxiety, or sleepless night to tell you that your body is under pressure. Instead, stress can quietly show up through small physical changes that are easy to dismiss as “just one of those things.”

Did you know that I provide wellness support for the whole family?

👣As well as providing reflexology in my little treatment room, I offer baby and toddler parent/carer reflexology- so you can learn how to support your little one.
🌱I also provide aromatherapy consultations so you can be best supported outside the treatment room.

I was reminded yesterday, during my lovely reflexology session with The Healing Tree. Therapeutic Massage, and Chiropractic Care. , that it is important to take time for ourselves. Whether this is enjoying a quiet cup of coffee and appreciating the silence, a relaxing bath with aromatherapy oils, or a gentle walk in the park, taking the time to 'slow down' is important.

Slowing down supports reflection, a quietening of the mind, and can help to regulate the nervous system.

Some ideas on how to 'slow down'
☕ Take your morning coffee or tea outside, put your phone away so you can appreciate stillness
🚶🏿Go for a gentle walk and take in the sounds of nature
💆🏽Make time for your own beauty routine, out on a face mask and hair conditioner, or have a relaxing bath with aromatherapy oils
👨🏼‍🎨 Do something creative like painting or knitting
👩‍🌾 Do some gardening (not when it is too hot)
🧘‍♂️ Do some gentle yoga or mediation
📺 watch your favourite film, without the distraction of your phone

Of course, we also know that 'treatments', such as reflexology or participating in a sound bath session can help us to slow down.

If you need support, slowing down and prioritising your own wellbeing, why not drop me a message.
