When was the last time you truly paused?

Not to tick something off your to-do list.
Not to look after someone else.
Not to think about what you need to do next.

But simply to be.

Our days can be full of responsibilities, endless thoughts and things that need our attention. Sometimes we forget what it feels like to slow down and reconnect with ourselves.

My gentle, in-person breathwork sessions in Bridgwater offer a welcoming space to do just that.

🌿 Gentle movement to reconnect with your body.
🌿 Grounding to help you settle into the present moment.
🌿 Breathwork to explore your breathing at your own pace.
🌿 A supportive circle where you can arrive just as you are.

These sessions are slow, gentle and relaxing. There is no pressure to perform, and you don't need previous experience.

It's simply time for yourself.

You deserve time for yourself, too 🧡

Hey, I’m Emily. Let me reintroduce myself. 🧡

A few years ago I was working in finance, running on stress and calling it normal.

Until my body said enough: burnout, panic attacks, anxiety through the roof, and not a trace of the person I used to be.

So I did the brave thing and CHOSE ME. Movement, meditation, nourishing food, people and things that filled my cup. But it was breath and somatic movement that changed everything.

For the first time, I felt safe in my own calm. My body finally got to release what it had been holding onto.

I felt free.
More confident.
More me.

And I knew I wanted to share it. Now I guide breathwork and somatic sessions, online, in person, and 1:1, as a sanctuary to rest, soften, and let go. Honestly? I’m so proud of the woman who walked here. 🥹

If you’re craving a place to exhale, you’re welcome here.

You’ll be held.
You’ll be safe.
You can let go.

Tell me in the comments: what’s one thing you’re ready to let go of?

Sending so much love 🧡🙏

Just a 29 year old gal vibing with her cacao ✨

I’m honestly feeling so BLESSED with life at the moment, and I’m letting myself enjoy it — for once.

I finally feel like I’m coming out the other side as HER.

During transformation, doing all the work, I felt lost. I wasn’t who I used to be, and I wasn’t who I was becoming yet. I didn’t know who Emily was anymore. It was disorienting, and for a while I let it get me down — it almost felt like I was moving backwards.

But then I started doing something differently. I held myself in those moments with full compassion. I celebrated the wins, no matter how small. I reminded myself of all my beautiful and messy qualities.

It changed everything.

Things started feeling easier. They started falling into place.

I want this to be a reminder for you too — wherever you are in your own becoming, you’re allowed to be gentle with yourself while you get there 🧡

if you’re craving space to slow down and reconnect with yourself, my breathwork sessions are linked in bio 🫶

Bali me was calm, confident, glowing

England me got noro virus, a late period, ate her bodyweight in chocolate and didn’t move for weeks

It’s been humbling

I came home from breathwork training in Ubud feeling like I’d cracked some secret code to safety in myself

But then..
Grey skies
Hormones wild
Energy gone
And I felt… lost

But maybe I wasn’t lost
Maybe I was shedding

It feels like my body needed to purge
To slow down
To come back to reality
To integrate

Now the sun’s out
I’m moving again
Nourishing myself.
Actually being present
I finally stopped procrastinating and held my first Movement is Medicine pilot session (so proud of that one 🥹)

I’m in a full self-discovery era
Trying new things
Wearing what feels like me
Letting myself evolve

And honestly?

I like this version of me more than the “high” one
Spring is doing her thing
And so am I 🧡🙏

My body had to take the wheel because my protectors wouldn’t let go.

During my facilitator training in Bali, I developed a savage cough.
It frustrated the hell out of me.
I felt like my body was failing me — and I couldn’t meet myself with compassion at all.

After some rest, something shifted.
I stopped seeing the cough as a problem and started listening to it as a messenger.

There was something in me that needed to be expressed.
Something I hadn’t realised was still being held as trauma.

My protectors were strong — really strong.
Holding it together. Staying composed. Staying “capable.”
Until they couldn’t anymore.

In one of our circles, I stopped holding back.
I was too ill to keep performing strength.
The cough meant I physically couldn’t hold it all in — and honestly? It was freeing.

I remember thinking, f**k it — I’m just going to be me.
In that moment, I found more safety inside myself than I ever had before.

Confident in my calm.
Able to show up authentically and feel safe doing so.

This is the work I care about.
Not fixing.
Not forcing.
Letting the body speak.

If your body has ever stopped you in your tracks, maybe it wasn’t failing you — maybe it was protecting you.

I’m hosting a Come As You Are Circle - a free, gentle online space to land, breathe, and be human together

This is a space where nothing needs to be fixed
Where you are welcome exactly as you are - quiet, messy, unsure, open, closed, all of it

We’ll arrive together, drop into the body, and share in a way that is completely optional and led by safety rather than pressure

✨free to attend
✨donations welcome but never expected
✨open to anyone who feels called

If you’ve been craving connection, softness or a place to exhale - you’re so welcome

Comment or DM me “circle” and I’ll send you the deets 🤎
