Harvest Moon energy 🌕🔥

Tonight's Aries Full Moon lights a fire under everything you've been putting off. With the Sun in Libra, it shows up the pull between what you need and what everyone else wants from you.

Where have you been shrinking to keep the peace?

This is your moment to take back your voice.

If your nervous system feels restless or fiery, get it out through your body before you act on it. Walk, shake, dance, breathe. Then take one brave step.

Tell us below what you're finally ready to go for 👇

This is so lovely 🥹💜

Exactly why we created AuTEAsm ... a little cup of calm for neurodivergent nervous systems when the world has been a lot. 🌿✨

Messages like this mean everything to us. 💜🫖

Thank you xx

Sacred Wild 🌿✨ Just the tonic we needed.

After a summer that has been full, beautiful, expansive… and, at times, pretty exhausting 😅 this weekend felt like a big exhale.

We’ve talked a lot recently about slowing down, listening to our bodies and knowing when we need rest - and Sacred Wild gave us exactly that.

A super chilled, grounding weekend. Beautiful people, gorgeous connections, lovely conversations and a really good festival for Full Circle… without the usual festival madness. 🙏

It felt spacious. It felt nourishing. And it reminded us that things don’t always have to feel manic to be successful.

Such a lovely way to begin closing out a very big summer of festivals for us. 🌿

Thank you Sacred Wild - we’re heading home feeling a little more grounded, a little more rested, and very grateful. 🤎✨

🌑 Virgo New Moon Energy ♍

This New Moon is bringing us back to the little things ✨

Our routines. Our wellbeing. Our boundaries. The everyday choices that either nourish us… or quietly drain us.

Virgo energy can make us want to sort EVERYTHING out at once (hello perfectionism 👋), but this New Moon isn’t asking you to become a whole new person overnight.

It’s asking:
🌿 What would make life feel a little easier?
🌿 What am I ready to simplify?
🌿 What small habit would genuinely support my nervous system?
🌿 What am I ready to begin?

And for our neurodivergent community especially - your routines don’t have to look like anyone else’s. Create rhythms that work with your brain and body, not against them. 💜

Small shifts can create big change.

Set the intention. Release the perfectionism. Trust your own rhythm. 🌑✨

What are you calling in this New Moon? Tell us below 👇

🌕 Pisces Full Moon Lunar Eclipse ♓️

Tomorrow’s lunar eclipse in Pisces brings an invitation to release, surrender and trust.

Full Moons often illuminate what has reached completion, but eclipse energy can take this deeper - revealing emotions, patterns or truths that have been sitting beneath the surface.

And Pisces reminds us that we don’t always have to think our way through transformation.

Sometimes the work is allowing. Feeling. Resting. Letting go. 🌊

For neurodivergent nervous systems, this kind of heightened energy can feel especially intense - you might feel more emotional, tired, dreamy, sensitive or intuitive than usual. Rather than pushing through, give yourself permission to slow down and listen to what your body is asking for.

✨ What are you ready to stop carrying?
✨ Where are you being asked to loosen control?
✨ What might become possible if you trusted the next chapter before you could see it?

You don't need to have it all figured out.

Sometimes releasing what no longer belongs is the beginning of becoming who you were always meant to be. 🤍

What are you ready to release under this eclipse? Tell us below 👇
