☕ Have you got 30 minutes tonight?

I’d love to see you at our Business Information Zoom! 👋

No cameras, no pressure, no participation needed… just your ears! 👂 Our hosts will talk you through the HOW.

If you (or someone you know) is looking for something a little different… something that could make a difference not just to YOU, but to your family too… maybe this is your little nudge. 😉

✨ Be part of something great.
🌿 Build a sustainable business.
💚 Support your own wellbeing whilst helping others do the same.

Because sometimes, we need to do something different to create something different.

Nothing changes if nothing changes. 💚

☕ A Cuppa with us at 8:30pm tonight!

Fancy a listen? Drop me a HELL YES 🙌 in the comments and I’ll pop the Zoom link over to you.

See you there! 😊

Honestly… what have you got to lose?

A firm favourite of mine… Aloe Body Lotion! 🌿

I've been using this for a while now and I've officially escaped my 30-year daily baby oil routine to keep my very dry skin moisturised! 😂

It's been a game changer for me and I absolutely love it.

I'll have one on my stall at Hatherall's Yard for you to try — and SMELL! 👃😂
Because obviously, the sniff test is a very important part of the purchasing process! 😉

31st October • Hatherall's Yard, Chipping Sodbury 🌿
Come and have a nosey! 😊

So…. I've done a thing 😅

My first ever Forever Living stall!! Whaaaaat 😂

I'll be at Hatherall's Yard on 31st October - 10-4 and I can't bloomin wait, although I'm beginning to realise there's quite a lot to organise when you've never done one before 😬.

If you lovely people don't mind, I'll share some of the preparations over the next few weeks - mainly because it's all new to me and you may have some tips (please?!!!).

And if you're anywhere near Hatherall's Yard in Chipping Sodbury on 31st - come and say Hello 🌿

Feeling refreshed!! Actually, a tad tired but we'll go with refreshed!

A week in the Cala Ferrera area of Cala D'or has been amazing! Beautiful scenic walks, delicious food and some interesting cocktails!! 🍹

Sometimes clicking the off-switch is all you need to recalibrate, rethink, re-everything!!

And then there are the little 'gifts' you bring home from holiday... including 7lbs around the midriff 🙈

So, a challenge is afoot to get back to those healthier habits!

And it started today...

🥭Mango Aloe Drinking Gel this morning - a pre-biotic and great for getting the glow back
🥛Mid-morning Protein Shake - a protein packed meal in an instant
🏋️‍♀️A short gym session - that'll be later... and minus the views
🥗and last but not least, a healthy evening meal

Nothing complicated this time around, just back to basics.

How do you reset?

~ With Love, Emm 💚
