All courses are delivered through flexible, online, on-demand learning, allowing you to work through the modules at your own pace and revisit the content whenever you need to.

The focus is on making complex health and performance subjects easy to understand and practically relevant. You’ll learn the science behind each subject, what it means in the real world and how the information can be used to make more informed decisions around health, lifestyle and performance.

For professionals, the courses also explore practical client application, scope of practice and when collaboration or referral to other healthcare professionals may be appropriate.

We work with specialist companies, clinics and practitioners across areas including genetics, blood testing and phlebotomy, peptide therapy, NAD+ and bone health, bringing additional industry and clinical insight into our education.

Whether you want to develop professionally, provide a better service to your clients or understand more about your own health, simply choose the subjects most relevant to you and learn completely at your own pace.

🚀 WHAT’S COMING UP AT OPTIMUM PERFORMANCE ACADEMY

At Optimum Performance Academy our mission is simple:

Optimise Your Health • Optimise Your Business • Optimise Your Knowledge

Over the coming months we’re bringing together education, health screening, business development and wellbeing experiences designed to help both individuals and professionals create better long-term results.

Alongside our own team and advisors, we’ll also be joined by industry experts, specialist practitioners and partner organisations bringing additional knowledge, experience and fresh perspectives across health, wellness, performance and business growth.

One thing we strongly believe:

SMALL CHANGES CREATE BIG RESULTS.

Many people wait for the perfect time. A Monday. A fresh start. A complete reset.

The reality?

Long-term progress is usually built through smaller actions repeated consistently over time.

Instead of asking:

“What huge thing do I need to change?”

Ask:

“What one thing could I improve this week?”

📅 Here’s what we have coming up:

🚨 TURN ATTENTION INTO CLIENTS 🚨

Most wellness and fitness professionals already have people paying attention to what they do.

They follow your content.
They respect your work.
They ask questions.
They think about working with you.

But many businesses still struggle to turn that attention into consistent income, long-term clients, and sustainable growth.

That is exactly what this live online session is designed to help you do.

At Optimum Performance Academy we help wellness, fitness, health, and coaching professionals improve client delivery, integrate higher value wellness services, and build stronger businesses through better systems, positioning, programming, and retention.

For this event we have teamed up with A4 Marketing Solutions to combine expertise in lead generation, digital marketing, client conversion, wellness services, packaging, retention, and business growth.

📅 3rd June 2026

• Build higher value wellness services and products
• Create systems that grow your business without relying on constant posting

Featuring:

Pete Hillier
Founder of A4 Marketing Solutions and specialist in lead generation, digital positioning, and client conversion. Pete has helped service-based businesses improve visibility, generate better quality enquiries, and build marketing systems that consistently attract the right clients.

Pete will show you how to strengthen your digital presence, improve lead flow, and create clearer pathways from attention to conversion.

🐎 EARLY BIRD OFFER: FIX YOUR SEAT IN 6 WEEKS – £47.50 (Normally £95) + FREE 1-2-1 (FIRST 20 ONLY)

⸻

If you’re:
• Bouncing in the saddle
• Tipping forward in transitions
• Struggling to keep your lower leg stable
• Feeling tight through your hips or lower back

You’ve probably been told:
“Sit deeper”
“Relax more”
“Keep your leg still”

But if your body doesn’t have the mobility, core stability, and neurological control to do that… nothing changes.

⸻

🧠 This is why we built this

After 6 years working with thousands of riders, we’ve consistently seen the same issues:

• Poor pelvic control
• Weak or poorly coordinated core stability
• Tight hips restricting movement
• Lack of balance and body awareness

These aren’t riding problems — they’re movement problems.

⸻

🔥 Introducing:

Fix Your Seat: 6-Week Rider Performance System

An off-horse training programme built on:

🧠 Movement Neurology
📊 Biomechanics
💪 Core Stability

Designed to fix your position at the source — so your riding improves naturally.

⸻

🚨 EARLY BIRD OFFER (FIRST 20 ONLY)

💥 Get the full course for £47.50 (normally £95)
🎯 + FREE 1-2-1 online rider movement assessment

✔️ Delivered via a simple training app
✔️ Follow step-by-step with no guesswork
✔️ Train anywhere, anytime
✔️ Track your progress

🗓 Course opens 10th May 2026

⸻

📅 FULL 6-WEEK STRUCTURE

Each week includes:

• 3 structured sessions (20 minutes each)
• 5-minute daily reset routine
• A clear weekly focus so you know exactly what you’re improving

⸻

Week 1 – Pelvic Control & Stop the Bounce

Learn how to control your pelvis so you move with the horse instead of being thrown out of the saddle.

Week 2 – Posture & Stop Tipping Forward

Build upper body strength and core stability so you stay tall and balanced.

Week 3 – Lower Leg Stability

Develop single-leg strength and neurological control to keep your leg quiet and consistent.

Week 4 – Reduce Tension & Improve Hip Mobility

Open up tight hips and remove gripping so your seat becomes more effective.

Week 5 – Coordination & Control

Improve timing, rhythm, and body awareness.

Week 6 – Integration & Riding Performance

Bring everything together into a stable, consistent position.

⸻

🔁 Daily 5-Minute Reset

A simple daily routine to:

• Improve mobility
• Reinforce better movement patterns
• Reduce stiffness between rides

⸻

🔓 12-Month Access

✔️ Full access for 12 months
✔️ Repeat the programme anytime
✔️ Continue improving long after the 6 weeks

⸻

🎯 What you’ll notice

• A quieter, more stable seat
• Better core control and pelvic stability
• Improved lower leg position
• Less tension and discomfort
• More confidence and consistency

⸻

🚨 DON’T MISS THIS

💥 £47.50 (HALF PRICE) FOR FIRST 20 ONLY

🚨 NEW COURSE: Neuromechanics Certification

Master the Nervous System. Transform Your Practice.

I’m excited to officially introduce something we’ve been working on…

The Neuromechanics Certification is a practical, science led programme designed for coaches, therapists, and movement professionals who want to understand and apply the nervous system in their work.

Because here’s the reality

Most training focuses on muscles and joints
But the nervous system controls everything

Movement. Stability. Pain. Performance.

And when you understand how to assess and influence it, your results and your confidence go to another level.

⸻

Why this matters

This certification is built to give you real, usable skills you can apply immediately.

It will help you
• Identify the root cause of movement limitations
• Improve client results faster and more consistently
• Work with more complex cases such as pain, instability, and coordination issues
• Add a completely new level of value to your service
• Stand out with advanced, practical expertise

This is how you move beyond standard coaching or therapy and become a true movement specialist.

⸻

What you’ll learn

You’ll develop skills across six key areas

• Functional Movement Assessment
• Joint Range of Motion and Mobility
• Muscle Activation and Neuromuscular Control
• Vision and Movement Control
• Vestibular System and Balance
• Proprioception and Coordination

These are powerful concepts that, when mastered, allow you to deliver more precise, effective, and confident results with your clients.

⸻

Course Structure

• Full course materials and practitioner manual available from 1st April
• 6 online workshops from May to August available live or recorded
• 2 day in person practical workshop in September and October
• Locations across the UK and Europe

⸻

🚨 Launch Offer: £750 normally £1500

To celebrate the launch, I am offering this at 50 percent off.

⚠️ Strictly limited to the first 10 people who sign up

Once those places are gone, it returns to full price.

⸻

If you want to future proof your skillset and deliver a higher level of results, this is your opportunity.
