Hello 👋 lovely people, tomorrow Moving Minds will have a stall with dog collars, dog leads, key rings and bracelets (all made by fabulous Moving Mind team) at the St Alphege Church in Whitstable for the Repair Cafe event, it’ll be 10:00 - 12:30.

So come along and say hi 👋 - would be lovely to see you 😊 or if interested in what we do at Moving minds group, come along and have a chat.

Hello lovely people this Saturday 7th we will be doing a fabulous arts and crafts session at St Augustine's Abbey at 2:00-4:00- we will be making key rings and Bracelets (it’s all completely free).
If you’d like to join our Moving Minds group please come along - we will be meeting outside gates at 2:00 prompt, it’ll be great fun, crafting and chance to meet new people.

Hello Moving Minds friends 👋 - I saw this beautiful poem and it made me think of how lucky we are to see the changing of the seasons on our lovely group walks around Canterbury. Autumn is here- with its gold and orange leaves 🍁 🍂falling from the trees 🌳, crisp air and misty mornings.

We at Moving Minds are proud to announce our continual partnership and collaboration with the beautiful St Augustine's Abbey into 2027. The Abbey in Canterbury is one of the most breathtakingly beautiful English Heritage grounds with amazing interesting history regarding Canterbury and beautiful views and sights.

We will , once a week, visit the grounds where we will be able to do our group arts and crafts and meet with our group.

Thank you from the bottom of hearts for your continued support of moving minds, we are beyond grateful ❤️

If you’d like to join us at Moving minds we do two sessions a week Thursday/Friday meeting 1:30 at The Hub Cafe where we meet before we go for our walk and crafts. We’d love to meet you.

Hello lovely people - Autumn 🍂 is upon us all, beautiful crisp weather, fallen leaves with pumpkin🎃 spice in the air so tomorrow we will be doing arts and crafts at The Hub Cafe 1:30-3:30 using beads and crystals that was kindly donated to us at Moving Minds by Mythos Crystals Thank you!

We at Moving Minds are honoured and excited to be able to collaborate with Mayah. We are supporting this wonderful service by delivering advocacy training.
Mayah Legacy is amazing mental health service that guide people to feel confident and heard when discussing their health through confidence and empathy.
It was also amazing to have the opportunity to connect with other local services during advocacy training and have links to other resources all thanks to Mayah legacy bringing everyone together.

A massive thank you post to St Augustine's Abbey English Heritage for the overwhelming and wonderful support they have shown Moving Minds and allowing us to sell our crafts (we make in group) and advertise our group.
We are honoured to be linked with such an iconic, beautiful place in Canterbury.
St Augustine Abbey is amazing place to go for walks, check out the museum and learn more about the history of Canterbury- definitely a must see and lovely place to visit ♥️

Hello lovely people tomorrow we at Moving Minds are going for a trip for the third time to Wills Woods in Canterbury. It’s a beautiful vibrant place with wonderful energy. We will be doing crafting and foraging while we are there.
Unfortunately this is a limited space trip so it’s first come but if you’d like to join us please contact us to reserve a place.
