Hi all
Are you struggling with anxiety, stress, menopause, fibromyalgia or lymphoedema. Having trouble sleeping or unable to relax.
Reflexology may be able to help with symptoms of many conditions or concerns.
Reflexology is an ancient form of symptom management which is achieved by working over the feet stimulating or sedating some of the 7,000 nerve endings in the feet.
Reflexology is available at Fordham-Rees Podiatry the last Friday of the month with availability remaining for tomorrow.
If you would like further information or would like to book drop me a message
