Ooh a little bit of pumpkin magic with my lovely sister Deborah Thomas at . I felt like I was in one of those romantic American Christmas movies as we sipped on our pumpkin lattes and chatted about Christmas preparations!! Gorgeous way to spend a Sunday! Thanks sis for treating me to my surprise pumpkin day out. Our highlight being all the dogs we met dressed in Halloween costumes!!!

Someone asked me the other day if you have to believe in sound healing for it to ‘work’ and the absolute answer is no!

Everything in our body emits a vibration at a frequency that denotes either a healthy balanced, natural rhythm vibration or a disjointed, discordant and unpredictable unhealthy rhythm. Stress, illness and high charging emotions like grief and shame can disrupt a natural healthy rhythm.

Instruments, like Katerina Lafite uses at the yin and gong workshops, help to realign our natural vibrations by working at a vibrational frequency to help restore and rebalance our own vibrations.

Vibrational healing works regardless of your belief in it. And it can be different every time you experience sound healing, from feeling less stressed and drifting into sleep or releasing an emotion or memory that your body is ready to let go off - which can be emotional.
I’m fascinated to hear your experiences of sound healing, please comment below as it will help me build my research in vibrational healing. Thank you.

If you needed an excuse to go our next Nurturing Day Retreat is being held here, October 10th 10am to 4:30pm, it’s a wonderful experience and a great opportunity to treat yourself to the fantastic lunch served in the cafe!!

Wow! The vibration of the bowls and the sound of the gongs last night, I slept like a log! Had the most strangest dreams but that is another story….
