I'm not too sure what's going on 🫣 but I want to share my photos too 🥰

I understand wanting to feel beautiful and having your idea of beautiful/put-together post-birth pictures

But also you're amazing.

When I was a teacher, a passion of mine was teaching about body image, and one of my favourite sayings is "how you look is one of the least interesting things about you"

I think that saying is also very true about your birth

Some things you might not know about induction ✨

Please enjoy my hot mess outfit, I packed my hospital bag well in advance with clothes that I didn't really wear, so that it wouldn't affect my day to day rotation, and well... You can see 😂

These are some things that have stuck with me about my induction, I hope it will help you when wondering what you might face if you're choosing it for you.

How the heck do we have a little one year old? ✨😭

Where has my little baby gone?

How have we been allowed to have TWO children!?

I still don't feel like a proper mum 😂
Yet matrescence did also really hit me hard friends😅

What a year, our family of four has grown so much 🥰✨

Do you know what? In-person birth support isn't for everyone! ✨

That doesn't mean my Doula support isn't for you though!

I have several options:

💐 In-person postnatal care sessions

I am making a complaint.

It's unusual that the gaslighting and pure misinformation is uncovered so publicly!
