Never underestimate the power of the ripple effect to bring widespread change.
We are each responsible for the quality and force of our own ripples - and by working on ourselves to clear away the obstacles in our way, we can ensure that we send out only those ripples that enhance the lives of those around us - who in turn will then create their own ripples too.

NO MORE EXCUSES...
If you REALLY want to change your moods, self-awareness, confidence, self-esteem, body weight and image, and your relationships...you have a question to ask yourself.
Is that change worth £27 to you?
Yes?...then these online self-help workshops and short courses will get you right on track to make those changes - and save you months of therapy and hundreds of pounds too! ;-)
The alternative is to carry on 'wanting' to change but not DOING anything about it.
Why would you do that? Fear? Habit? Secondary gain?
Only you know what matters most to you in your life, and what decisions you now need to make to get that :-)

When we change as aspect of ourselves this has a ripple effect upon everyone we are in contact with.
We are responsible for making the changes we need to make - to experience a happier life.
We are obligated to seek self-awareness and and psychological growth - if not for our own good then for the good of everyone else around us :-)
