Legs that feel heavy and swollen by the end of the day — that’s such a common summer thing, and this treatment is one of my favourites for it.

The Made for Life Spring in Your Step leg and foot treatment works through the legs slowly and deliberately, encouraging fluid to move, easing that tight, puffy feeling, and just giving your legs a proper rest. By the end clients are so deeply relaxed — it’s a lovely thing to witness.

Through July I’m running it as part of a duo with the Bright Eyes Rose Quartz facial — both for £60, or either one on its own for £35.

This is an Incredibly gentle treatment , slow and rhythmical moves induce a feeling of complete relaxation. Using Touch Therapy. Lower legs and feet are treated with soothing balms and oils that nourish and soothe the skin. Ideal for clients unable to lie on a couch or as part of a longer treatment experience. Touch therapy is completely safe to perform on clients living with or at risk of lymphoedema.
