WEEKLY WELLBEING TIP | 02

Take a proper break.

Even a few minutes away from your desk or workspace can help interrupt long periods of sitting and give you a chance to reset.

Try stepping outside, stretching or simply having your lunch away from your screen.

A break isn’t a reward for finishing everything.

It’s always lovely to receive feedback like this. Thank you so much for taking the time to share it. 🤍

I created my free Feel Like Yourself Again guide for women who feel like they’ve lost a little of themselves along the way and want to start making positive changes, without adding more pressure to their lives.

It’s filled with gentle prompts, opportunities for reflection and simple, practical ideas to help you reconnect with yourself, recognise what’s already going well and think about what you’d like more of in your life.

Because feeling better doesn’t have to mean changing everything. Sometimes it’s the smallest steps that make the biggest difference.

If you’d like a copy, you can download the guide completely free through my FREE GUIDE highlight or via the Linktree in my bio.

Feel more like yourself again 🤍

Sometimes life gets so busy looking after everyone and everything else that your own wellbeing slips further down the list.

You might be feeling tired, overwhelmed, out of balance, or simply know that something needs to change.

That’s where I come in.

I’m a health coach, and I help women make space for themselves again. Through personalised, practical support, we look at what’s going on in your life and find small, realistic ways to help you feel better.

No quick fixes, strict routines or pressure to get everything right.

Just a supportive space to focus on you, work out what you need and start making changes that feel manageable.

Because looking after yourself shouldn’t be another thing on your to-do list.

If this sounds like something you need, I’d love to have a chat.

WEEKLY WELLBEING TIP | 01

Struggling with sleep?

Try keeping a consistent waking time, even after a restless night. A regular routine can help support your body’s natural sleep–wake cycle.

And remember, persistent sleep problems deserve attention, particularly during perimenopause and menopause.

WEEKLY WELLBEING TIP | 03

Make the healthy choice easier.

Want to move more? Leave your walking shoes by the door.

Want to drink more water? Keep a glass or bottle where you’ll see it.

Small changes to your environment can make healthy habits easier to remember and repeat.

Most of us know the basics of looking after our health.

Move more. Eat well. Get enough sleep. Manage stress.

Simple advice, but not always simple to follow when life is busy.

And that’s where health coaching offers something different.

Rather than another list of things you should be doing, it’s about understanding what matters to you, what’s getting in the way and finding realistic changes that fit your life.

You don’t have to change everything at once. Sometimes the smallest adjustments are the ones that last.

Menopause is about so much more than hot flushes.

For some women, it’s disrupted sleep, joint pain, exhaustion, difficulty concentrating or simply not feeling quite like themselves.

This year’s World Menopause Day focuses on chronic pain at midlife, an important reminder that symptoms affecting everyday life deserve attention.

Not every symptom is necessarily menopause-related, and that’s why good conversations, appropriate assessment and individualised care matter.

With over 30 years of experience in healthcare, I’m passionate about women feeling informed, supported and confident in making decisions about their health.

There’s something really lovely about reading these words from the women who joined me at my last Evening Reset. 🤍

Creating a space where women can step away from everyday demands, feel comfortable, connect with others and take away something genuinely useful is exactly what I hoped these evenings would be about.

Thank you to everyone who came along and shared such thoughtful feedback. It really does mean a lot.

If you fancy a little time for yourself, I’d love to welcome you to the next Evening Reset.

New date to be announced soon!

October is my favourite month. I love the changing colours, the cooler air and coming home from a walk to a warm kitchen.

There’s something about autumn that makes me want to slow down and give myself a little more care.

Looking after our health can start with simple things: sitting down to a proper meal, getting outside, moving in ways we enjoy and going to bed when we’re tired.

All easy to let slip when life gets busy.

This October, I’m making a little more time for those things, and enjoying my favourite season along the way.

Thank you so much for the invite to the SYNC studios | Pilates Congleton launch party.

It was a lovely night in a beautiful space. Can’t wait to come for a class (when I’m not so sore!! 🤣)
