🌿 The Forest Knows How to Cool Us

☀️ Natural Shade
The forest canopy gently filters sunlight, keeping the ground and surrounding environment significantly cooler than areas exposed to direct sun. Simply stepping beneath the trees can feel like entering a different climate.

💧 Nature’s Air Conditioning
Trees draw water up through their roots and release it through their leaves. As this moisture evaporates, it cools the air around us—much like the way our bodies cool themselves through perspiration.

🌳 This is one of the many reasons spending time in the forest feels so restorative. Forest bathing isn’t just about being surrounded by trees—it’s about experiencing the calm, comfort, and natural balance they create.

🌿 Summer Solstice Nature Connection 🌿

Come and join me in the beautiful woodland of Buchan Country Park this Summer Solstice for a chance to step away from the stresses of everyday life and reconnect with nature, yourself, and the present moment.

Together, we’ll slow down, breathe deeply, and immerse ourselves in the natural world around us. This is an opportunity to remember that we are not apart from nature - we are a part of it.

✨ Reconnect with yourself
✨ Restore calm and balance
✨ Celebrate the longest day of the year in nature
