At Moo Lounge, we value every single client and appreciate you choosing us for your treatments. However, we’ve recently experienced a number of no-shows and last-minute cancellations, so we’d like to remind everyone of our booking policy.

When you book an appointment, that time is reserved especially for you. Missed appointments mean lost time and income for our small business, and another client misses out on the opportunity to book that slot.

🖤 Cancellations: If you can no longer attend your appointment, please give us as much notice as possible.

🖤 Running late? Please contact us as soon as you can. Depending on the treatment and our schedule, we may need to shorten or reschedule your appointment.

🖤 No-shows: If you fail to attend your appointment without letting us know, this will be treated as a no-show.

🖤 Repeated cancellations or no-shows: These may affect your ability to book future appointments with us.

Update Regarding Hair Stock

Hi everyone, Just a quick note to say that I am currently experiencing some stock availability issues with certain hair shades and lengths from my regular supplier. This is due to high demand following their end-of-summer retailer sale, which has depleted stock levels across many ranges.

My supplier is working extensively behind the scenes to replenish stock from warehouses and manufacturers as a priority.

In the meantime, I can source hair from alternative premium suppliers where needed and please remember. not every shade is currently unavailable! So please still get in touch to book a consultation. I may well be able to provide exactly what you're looking for and together we can get you the installation of your dreams.
