Hello everyone 👋
Welcome to my page!

I’m Fay & I run a local business called ‘Resonate’ over in Cullercoats. I’m a holistic practitioner who offers monthly group evening sound baths at Fishermens Mission as well as sessions I collaborate on including breathwork, cacao, beauty & self care, with other sound healers, yoga & sound plus many more.

I’ve been a professional singer & song writer for the past 25 years, so through my experience in the music industry I also offer holistic vocal coaching sessions.
I love empowering people to find their voice, it’s also so much fun!

I run monthly voice activation group sessions, here in my home. And 1-1’s.
These sessions are designed for anyone who is wanting to explore their voice, gain confidence, tap into self expression & learn a magical mindful tool. There are many more benefits to learning this amazing skill, so if you’re curious please msg me!

Since becoming an Angelic Reiki practitioner last year, I now offer an ‘Angelic Sound Blend’ where I mix a sound bath that flows into beautiful Angelic Reiki.
I also offer it as a stand alone session too.

I also run small group day retreats here in Cullercoats & combine offerings and curate them to the groups particular needs, they are day time Mon - Fri) 10-2.30pm & £60pp incl lunch)

And last but not least, if you’re looking for a unique 1-1 I can combine any of my offerings & add extra things to meet your needs whilst holding & supporting a safe space.

Feel free to msg me if you’re interested in connecting or attending any of my events.
Thank you!
Xx
