The thing that I love so much about massage is that it is holistic, it treats the whole, body, mind and soul. From the physical aspect, firstly there's touch, the first sense we experience as we enter this world, the sense that brings connection and speaks without words as well as helping with our development. Then there's the manipulation of the muscles, easing pain, lowering blood pressure, heart rate and cortisol levels, while increasing relaxation and increasing dopamine and serotonin endorphins. All of this not only benefits you physically, but also mentally and spiritually. When our body is in a state of rest and relaxation, the mind calms and returns to a state of safety and the present moment. Anxiety, stress, tension begin to dissolve. Clarity returns. A sense of peace envelops, bringing us back into wholeness.
This is the beauty of Massage. It is a complete package, working on the whole you, physically, mentally and spiritually.

If you whan to experience rest, relaxation, release and reset, investing in the whole self, appointments are available. DM for more information or to book an appointment.
