🌿 Slow Sunday with SANSCENCE 🌿

The clocks have gone back, the evenings are darker, and we have an extra little reminder to slow down and look after ourselves. 🍂✨

Your wellness journey doesn’t always have to mean doing more. Sometimes it means resting, recharging, setting intentions and giving yourself permission to take a breath. 💜

🕯️ Light your favourite candle
🌸 Take a few quiet moments for yourself
🧘‍♀️ Let go of the week that’s passed
✨ Set a gentle intention for the week ahead

Remember, wellness isn’t about being perfect — it’s about finding little moments of peace in everyday life.

So, make yourself a cuppa, get cosy and enjoy your Sunday. You deserve it. 💜

What’s one little thing you’re doing for your own wellbeing today? Tell us in the comments. 👇

With love, light & positive energy ✨

💜✨ HAPPY WEEKEND, EVERYONE! ✨💜

What are you all up to this weekend? 😊

We had a brilliant night in Manchester last night seeing Alison Moyet! 🎶❤️ A few drinks, singing our hearts out and just enjoying ourselves. 🍷🎤 Honestly, it was just what we needed!

Sometimes you have to take a step back from everyday life, forget about the stresses and worries for a while, and just have a good time. We spend so much time being busy that it’s important to make memories and enjoy the little things. 🥰💜

So, whether you’re heading out, catching up with friends, or having a nice relaxing weekend at home, I hope you all get a bit of time to do something you love.

What’s everyone got planned this weekend? 👇😊

Have a lovely weekend, everyone!
