NEW CLASS! ✨

I’m so excited to invite you to my new Yin Yang Yoga class every Monday at 6:30 pm at sanostudiomorningside 🧘🏼‍♀️

This class is a beautiful way to start your week with balance in both body and mind.

We’ll begin with a thoughtfully sequenced vinyasa flow to gently warm up the body and work with your sympathetic nervous system (fight or flight). Then we’ll slow things down with yin poses, allowing for deeper stretches while activating your parasympathetic nervous system (rest and digest).

Expect:
• Gentle energising flow
• Deep, mindful stretches
• Nervous system regulation
• Relaxation to finish

Mondays don’t have to feel tough or stressful — come and try Yin Yang with me
