We’re delighted to support a slightly different kind of challenge from the Edinburgh Aortic Summit 2027. 🎬🫀
The EAS Short Film Challenge: The Moment That Changed Everything
A chance for the vascular and aortic community to step away from the traditional abstract format and tell a story through film — a clinical moment, an innovation, a patient journey, a lesson, or an experience that changed the way you think or practise.
Selected films will be showcased at EAS 2027 in , 22–23 April 2027.
Think you have a story worth telling? Take a look at the challenge details in the original post below. 👇
🎬 Lights. Camera. Aorta.
New for - The EAS Short Film Challenge:
THE MOMENT THAT CHANGED EVERYTHING
➡️ The first warning sign. The moment someone recognised that something was wrong. The scan nobody expected. The decision made in seconds. The intervention that saved a life. The moment recovery began. The compassion that helped someone feel safe. The skill of a technician behind the scenes. The lesson that inspired a student. The moment a team came together!
Whether you are a patient, family member, carer, clinician, researcher, trainee, nurse, technician, student, educator, advocate, volunteer or member of the wider aortic community, we want to see about that defining moment through your eyes.
Create an original short film and tell the story.
Your film. Your story. Your moment.
