I’m not sure everyone has realised that I’m back from my summer of festivals! I’ve had an amazing summer working all over the place, but I’m now back home and ready to get properly stuck into my local clients again and meet some new ones too.

For this seasonal massage, I’ve brought together techniques and influences from India, Thailand and Tonga, creating a treatment inspired by traditional bodywork and the changing needs of our bodies as we move into autumn and winter.

There’s lots of point work, flowing movement, rhythmic strokes, deeper pressure and stretching, working into areas of tension and what we might think of as blockages, encouraging the body to move and flow more freely.

The warming nature of the treatment and focus on circulation make it especially lovely as the weather starts to turn colder — helping you feel warm, grounded and supported as the seasons change. 🌿🔥

I’ve also created a super lush autumn botanical oil blend with full-spectrum C*D, rose, cedarwood and patchouli — earthy, woody and floral, with those gorgeous autumnal aromas. 🍂🌹

MY NEW H**P BOTANICAL ELIXIR xXx

I’m so excited to share my newest creation from Ganjika Holistics.

I’ve developed and made this myself from start to finish. For this batch, I’ve used C*D-rich h**p flower grown outdoors in France, sourced from an organic h**p farm. I carefully decarboxylated the flower before infusing it into pure vegetable glycerine.

Decarboxylation is the gentle heating process that activates naturally occurring cannabinoids in the h**p flower, preparing it for infusion.

Since launching it, it’s proved really popular, and I’ve already had some amazing feedback and repeat customers coming back for more. It’s so lush seeing people enjoying something I’ve created from scratch.

I recommend 3–6 drops as and when needed, according to your own preference.

It can be administered sublingually, straight under the tongue, or added to coffee, hot drinks or smoothies.
