Hi , I'm Elena an energy healing practitioner who is dedicated to assisting people heal by holding a safe, sacred space for them. My passion is to help you achieve peace, calm and balance using one or more alternative energy and intuitive therapies that can relieve stress and support you to remove energetic blocks that may be causing an array of issues both physically, mentally and spiritually. These methods can improve your overall general wellbeing enabling you to relax your nervous system and release the things that no longer serves by cleansing your energy to restore mental clarity ,positive energy and focus . Each session will be individually created and adapted to each persons wants and needs, delivered with love, care and compassion. I practice Japanese Usui Reiki healing and work with the high vibration of crystals ,as well as offering intuitive spiritual guidance with oracle cards. Specialising in Reiki infused crystal Healing I offer sessions from 45 -90 minutes, longer sessions giving you more time to fully relax and allow the energy healing to flow through you and work its magic. I can offer individual sessions using either Usui Reiki, Crystal healing, or I can combine the two in one session.I mainly work with women, however I can offer healing to men in a couple setting. I can also give healing to teenagers between 16-18 with the permission of a parent / guardian.

A little update from me as I move into a season of change and deepening.
There’s a lot happening behind the scenes at Elena Soma Energetics at the moment, and I wanted to share a little more about where things are heading.
As I continue my Spinal Energetics journey and head to Mexico for my Level 2 training, I’m also taking some time to reflect on and deepen the work I already offer.
What I offer isn’t changing. If anything, this next chapter feels like a natural continuation of the work I’ve been doing and a chance to keep learning and developing as a practitioner.
At the moment, you can work with me through:
Reiki
A gentle energetic practice that can support relaxation, grounding and connection.
Spinal Energetics
A somatic and energetic practice that invites you to connect more deeply with your body and your own experience.
Somatic Synergy
A 12 session 1:1 programme centred around somatic enquiry. Depending on what feels supportive for you, we may also work with breathwork, Reiki and/or Spinal Energetics throughout the sessions.
Later this year, I’ll also be introducing 1:1 breathwork sessions, which I’m really looking forward to sharing more about.
My availability is a little more limited at the moment while I move through this transition, so if you’re wanting to work together, please do get in touch and we can find a time.
