A beautiful candle-lit yin experience outside on the yoga deck last night ✨🕯️

Thanks to all who came along to this sold out event - it certainly was a magical experience with some wonderfully mild weather for the last day of September 🙏

Instead of music Yoga Fusion with Wendy allowed participants to fully immerse in nature where we could hear the owls come to life as the sun set around us

We’d love to run more classes like this in the future

Blankets and mats provided, but feel free to bring your own extra layers, blankets, bolsters or sheepskins - anything to make you feel cosy and as comfortable as possible

Join us at as we move in to our final month of the 2026 season…

Updates to the timetable:

- Resistance band Pilates is back ! Mondays at 9:45am - come & take your practice to the next level 🌟🌟
-Natalie’s Vinyasa class will now be half an hour earlier at 6pm on a Monday as the days shorten

Also one more chance this year to come along to a yin or Hatha class ( see Wednesdays )
