🌿 A wee availability update! 🌿

The diary is filling up, and my next availability is 10th November, with a few odd appointments scattered throughout the rest of the month! So getting touch to book yours 📅

It’s another busy day in the Cabin today, and a real mix of treatments on the go! 👐

💆‍♀️ 60-minute Back, Neck & Shoulders, time to ease those aches and tensions.

💪 Remedial Treatment, supporting rehabilitation alongside physiotherapy following a complex fracture and 9+ months in external fixator.

🌿 90-minute MLD & BNS, combining Manual Lymphatic Drainage for idiopathic lymphoedema and some back, neck and shoulder work.

🤍 Full Body Reset, some well-deserved time for post-partum care and relaxation.

I love that no two days in the Cabin are ever the same, and being able to offer treatments tailored to everyone’s individual needs. 🩷

☀️ Back to the Cabin! 🌿

Beauty of a day in Inveraray! 😍 Not quite the Turkish skies and sadly no all-inclusive breakfast waiting for me this morning… just back to reality and making my own coffee! Well…..a Brambles coffee at the top of Dun Na Cuaiche will do 😂☕️

Suitcases unpacked (well, nearly 🤣), holiday blues in full swing, but it’s back to business tomorrow and I’m looking forward to seeing all your lovely faces again! 💆‍♀️🩷

I offer “PAST LIFE REGRESSION” sessions -

a guided hypnosis experience where you can explore the images, feelings and stories that emerge.

You may approach it as a spiritual exploration of possible past lives, or as a journey through your mind’s imagination and symbolism. You don’t need to arrive with a firm belief, and I won’t tell you what your experience has to mean.

We’ll talk beforehand about what’s brought you along and what you’re curious about. I’ll guide you through the session at your pace, with time afterwards to talk through your experience.

You don’t need to be struggling with something to book. Being curious is reason enough.

We’ve packed the oils, towels and all the massage essentials and headed off on a little adventure today! 🚗💆‍♀️

🎓 A little update from Elements Massage Therapy

I’m really pleased to share that I’ve now completed my Diploma in Oncology Massage ❤️

This was an important qualification for me to add, giving me the knowledge and understanding to safely adapt massage for people who are living with, undergoing treatment for, or have been affected by cancer.

I’ve also had the pleasure of meeting some amazing people along the way, each with their own story and their own journey. It’s made this course that little bit more special 🩷
