So with no workshop at the moment we’ve paused taking direct orders for now. Conscious space sessions are going ahead but are remote until we’re all reset in the new space. Fingers crossed a few more weeks then we’re back with you all ❤️

A few of our gorgeous homegrown cornflowers 🌼

As we sit in our space of limbo for a little while longer until we move into our new home, and allowing all the rollercoasters to be felt, I’m always so humbled and amazed at how much can be grown in tiny spaces.

We’re currently having a play with distilling some of these petals down to help mini REWILD.ME & her overly sun kissed skin from the beach. They can be really good for other angry skin conditions, and particularly for the eye area too.

They’re also totally edible and the different coloured flowers have different tones and flavours. Really lovely as a tea too - it can help with fevers and digestive issues as well as any pre or bleed pains.

I asked a few weeks ago if you wanted to know more about some of my other offerings....so I thought it would be fitting to share that I’ll be holding space tonight online for a summer solstice influenced yoga Nidra.

We have been coming together every a Sunday evening since March 2020 and we have such a beautiful weekly group. If you haven’t practiced Nidra before, it’s such a gorgeous experience. A deep, guided meditation for inner quietness, nourishment, and tapping into the parts of the mind we are too busy to listen to.

For my personal practice, I cleanse my space with one of our smoke wands and then use one of the blends to enhance my experience... tonight I’m using ELIXIR 💫

However you acknowledge or celebrate this turn in cycle, I wish you so much love this upcoming solstice 💕

This beautiful Oriental Poppy popped out in our garden today. The morning after such a powerful new moon & solar eclipse 🌚🌝

It lives outside where I do a lot of blending & experimenting and the vibrancy really spoke to me.

I adore watching the bud ripen and unfurl and then explode into this enormous spread of colour & joy. Shedding the outer parts to reveal its true nature in all its glory.

Representative right ... learning from nature, tuning into the cycles around us, the cycles within us... all part of rewilding the soul 💫

ELIXIR is our gorgeous new product line with the super grounding blend of clary sage, petitgrain, lavender & geranium 🌸If you came to our ‘Awaken the Senses’ at the weekend, you will have enjoyed this blend 🌱

All beautiful, ethereal oils but clary sage is particularly magical and if you’re not aware of it, it’s worth investigating. Especially for women as it can work to support & balance hormones and is simply beautiful ahead of your moon time. 🌙 🩸

The salts have a new base too ... simple and super effective base with the powerhouse of huge magnesium flakes & rich Himalayan salts to bring key minerals back into your body whilst eliminating toxins.

Then comes the magic ontop....both the salts & the melts in the ELIXIR range have CBD in them.

It probably goes without saying I’m a huge fan of plant medicine in a variety of forms. I truly believe by working with nature we can heal our bodies & support our minds. So, for me CBD is part and parcel of that. I’ve used it for years - initially to support me through acute grief and anxiety but since then I use it as a maintenance, a kind of supplement and have found enormous benefit from it.

Best known as an oral supplement- CBD also works topically - so it can be absorbed through the skin. I would recommend being in an ELIXIR bath (or foot soak) for 20 mins minimum to let it sink it for optimum goodness.

Anyone else just enjoying taking the time to just be at the moment🌸

Soaking up the sun, the time, the space 💫

Today in our world looks like breathing in the beauty & sweetness of these wisteria....known for channeling and embracing femininity, inner wisdom, opening to love, honouring grief, and overcoming fear. After a week with a poorly child, some complex emotions & feeling into more shifts... it’s amazing how these things get presented to us 💕

Natures magic ... I hope you find some too
