Your health and well-being will be boosted with fantastic range of activities to nourish the mind, body and spirit. I am a coach in Positive Psychology and Alcohol Freedom and I am also training to be a Yogi! I absolutely love connecting with like minded souls and running retreats is my dream come true! I will put my all into every experience that I offer and make sure that all my guests have the experience of a lifetime! My core values are love, authenticity, happiness and freedom and I try to spread some joy wherever I go!

I know a lot of of my friends are really poorly at the moment, so perhaps this little tonic might help ?

💕January 2023 was the beginning of phase 2 of my life, all inspired by Andy Ramage · Alcohol-Free and the beautiful online community of Dryy. 🫶🏻
This documentary reveals the true impact that moderate drinking has on our lives. I was never a problem drinker but it held me back in so many ways. Since becoming 99% AF I’ve got a new job, become a yoga teacher, had my adhd diagnosis, hosted 2 retreats, retrained as a coach, lost 2 stone, became a better parent.. the list is endless!!! 🙋‍♀️😄🤪😃👍
This documentary has that SEASPIRACY vibe to it. ⛅️ Yesterday morning, I went for a walk at sunrise 🌅 and (as always) was admiring the sky.
🧡The feeling of AWE will counteract feelings of stress and that flipping internal chattering and really quieten the minds🩷
Taking care of ourselves doesn’t always mean going to a yoga or gym class or doing meditation 🧘🏼‍♀️ sometimes it can be simply looking up at the sky and pausing.
One of my favourite phrases is that we are human beings not human doings 🤣🤣🤣 and it’s true!!
One day, I’ll be out on that beach … living a simple life as a yogi 🧘🏼‍♀️.. just being… for now these moments of awe will keep me going 👍👍🧚🏿‍♂️

Friday breakfast treat!! After my sunrise 🌅 walk and gym sesh with I fancied a treat! Yummy protein pancakes 🥞 packed with fibre & so delicious 🤪🤪🤎🤎🫶🏻🫶🏻

This little space will show my in-person & online as well as retreats 🩷🩷
Plus lots of my own sweet & savoury recipes too 👩‍🍳 🧁 🍞
I’m also going to start offering 1-2-1 positive psychology coaching & yoga online or at my new home yoga studio which is almost ready 🫶🏻🫶🏻
I took up yoga to sort out my brain 🧠 in 2022 and it’s my daily routine now 🩷🩷
The combo of perimenopause & adhd was tipping me over the edge and yoga 🧘‍♂️ was the ultimate therapy 🫶🏻
You don’t need to be “flexible” or “touch your toes” … all you really need is to able to breathe! 🧘‍♂️ yoga is for everybody and I’ll teach any level of experience happily 🧡💜🩷🤎
