🌟 Part 2 🌟

I hid a crystal at Kai in Leicester... & I was blown away by the initial messages I received from the person that found it.

But...

I then realised something else.

Our journeys were the same, although in reverse!

We could have even walked past each other 🥹

Where should I hide the next crystal?

Let me know in the comments!

But I'm not artistic! 🎨

Good news — you don't need to be.

Mindful painting isn't about creating a masterpiece. It's about stepping away from the noise, trying something different and enjoying & process.

Trust me, you'll this will be a lot of fun 😉

I hid a crystal at KAI KITCHEN in Leicester 🔮

I 'accidently' left it on the windowsill.

The message I received from a stranger a few hours later made me emotional.

❤️ If a crystal is meant for you it will find you

You may have noticed it says Part 1 👀

Part 2 coming soon 🥰

🌟 Any guesses what Part 2 might be about? 🌟

🎈Happy Birthday Inhale Exhale... 2 years old!🎈

Did I forget this milestone? Yes!

I remembered the day after & suddenly realised that I've been moving too fast.

We very rarely stop & take the time to look at what we've achieved.

🌟So... here's your reminder!🌟

What have you achieved in the past year?
Make a note of all the tiny little things & congratulate yourself 🙌

Inhale Exhale was a little idea I dreamt up on maternity leave. I'm still learning & growing but overall SUPER grateful I took the leap!

Thank you so much to everyone who has supported me, from likes on posts to attending my workshops. It doesn't go unnoticed 🥰❤️

I used to display the names of all crystals & their benefits at events... until I realised that it actually confuses most poeple!

What crystal do I need? What energy will I benefit from most? How do I know?

Sound familiar?

Being faced with lots of crystals can feel overwhelming! And too many choices can lead to confusion.

I have taken away all information on my stall now, and I help guide you to the right crystal instead, using your intuition.
