Welcome to The Ritual Wellness Company 🌿

If you’ve been wondering what we are, what happens here or whether sauna and cold plunge sessions are actually for you, start here.

The Ritual Wellness Company is a local sauna and cold plunge experience in Lichfield, created to give you somewhere to switch off, slow things down and spend some proper time on yourself.

🔥 Sauna

🌿 Space to relax between rounds

You can move between the heat of the sauna and the cold plunge at your own pace, then relax, reset and enjoy the experience.

And if you've never tried cold water or sauna therapy before, you absolutely don't need to be an expert.

Our sessions are shared and semi-guided, so we'll help you understand what to expect and get comfortable with the experience. You decide how long you stay in the cold plunge. There are no medals for suffering!

Sessions are available for 30 or 60 minutes, with a maximum of 15 people per session.

Come on your own, bring your partner, come with a friend, add it to your training routine or simply use it as an excuse to get away from everything for an hour.

You don't have to be an athlete.
You don't have to be a wellness fanatic.
And you definitely don't have to love being cold.

You just have to be willing to give it a go.
