Energy Flow Yoga

21/10/2026

Hey beautiful people.....wondering what everyone's 20th December is looking like.....? I'm thinking of running a Yin and Sound Session at the Liberal club!

The 12 days of Christmas....£12, 12 people, 12 poses 💞 4-6 so it's not too dark on the way home 😊

If you haven't tried Yin Yoga yet it's the most amazing, relaxing and opening form of yoga followed by a delicious sound bath of crystal bowls, chimes, rattles and a beautiful rain tube 💞.

Let me know in the comments if it's something you would like to slot in just before the Christmas rush! 💞

Been a while on the posting front but just incase any of you lovely lot are interested 💞😊

🧘‍♀️ 7-8pm — Gentle Yin Yoga

Slow, soothing movement designed to help you release tension and nourish both body and mind.

🌸 8-8.30pm — Meditation & Sound Bath

A chance to properly switch off, settle your mind and simply be.

☕ 8.30-9.30pm — Tea, Cake & Chat

Because what’s a parent wellbeing evening without tea and cake? 😂

Time to chat, meet other parents and enjoy a bit of grown-up conversation.

And the best bit?

You don’t need to know anyone.
You don’t need to be bendy.
You don’t need to have done yoga before.
You don’t need to bring a friend.

You just need to turn up. ❤️

📅 Monday 28th September
⏰ 7-9.30pm
📍 St Cleer Primary School Hall

🎟 £15 early bird until 21st September.

Haven't posted in here for my yoga in a while...been chilling, making a card deck and starting a massage and healing business....at some point both will come together as everything I teach and do is rolled into one anyway! 😊💞

Here some sneaky peaks of the yoga deck 😊😍

The posture to practice, a meditation image for gazing meditations and a few words to connect with on each card 😊💞

They can be used to make a flow with or individually as feels right for you 😊💞

Just gotta write the booklet and add some teaching cues to the booklet images! Not my fave thing to do but then you'll have all you need to start your own yoga practice 😊💞

Sooo....I have been spending much of my day sourcing amazing things to create the healing space at Eclipse Therapies....but have also managed to set up a booking system and opened some slots from the 2nd March at a 20% discount for the first three months....there is only one option to book to make things easy and then we can decide on the day what would be best for your specific needs.

If there is a particular time you are looking for and can't find it....drop me a message and I will see what I can do 😊

Looking forward to seeing you there 💞😊
