Tao Shen T’ai chi Llanelli / Bont

What is t’ai chi and what are the benifits ?

🧘 Meditation in Motion: Slow, fluid Chinese martial art focused on deep breathing.

☯️ Yin & Yang: Balances opposing energies—softness, strength, movement, and stillness.

🌊 Gentle & Low-Impact: Safe for all ages; places minimal stress on joints.

🧠 Mind-Body Focus: Combines physical postures with mental concentration and mindfulness.

🏋️ Physical Health: Improves balance, flexibility, posture, and core strength.

💆 Stress Relief: Lowers anxiety and blood pressure through relaxed breathing.

🥋 Martial Roots: Originally created for self-defense using energy redirection
