Living longer is one thing. Living well for longer is another.

Our co-founder Dr Claire Merrifield recently sat down with Muddy Stilettos to talk about healthspan - the years of our lives spent in good health - and why it's something worth thinking about long before we reach old age.

The good news? Looking after your future health doesn't have to mean overhauling your life.

Claire talks about the fundamentals that matter, the role preventative health can play, and why sometimes the most important thing you can do for your health is simply make it a priority.

Selph has been selected as a 2026 Health Trailblazer.

Free PSA Tests For Men 50+

Subaru & Selph have teamed up to make it easier for more men to understand their prostate health.

Men aged 50+ can now pick up a Selph at-home PSA blood test from participating Subaru dealerships across the UK - completely free, courtesy of Subaru. The same test would usually cost £59.

Simply pick one up, take the finger-prick test at home and pop it in the post. Your confidential results come with a report from a Selph doctor explaining what they mean and what, if anything, to do next.

A PSA test can't diagnose prostate cancer on its own, but it can help identify men who may benefit from further investigation.

So if you're over 50 - or there's a dad, partner, brother or friend in your life who is - pop into your nearest Subaru dealership and pick one up while stocks last.

And no, you don't need to own a Subaru.

But for some people, the real cause is coeliac disease.
