Do you feel like you are always having to play catch-up due to the challenges of living with a debilitating chronic illness? If so, this new series is a gentle space for us to share our thoughts and navigate it together.

It seems as we get older, the months fly by so quickly, don't they? We are only nine weeks away from a new year, and I've been sitting with a big question: "What are you chasing?"

Following an unexpected loss this week, I've been reflecting on the years I spent self-sabotaging. For so long, I held myself back from creating because of fear of failure, fear of success, and the sheer overwhelm of living with a chronic illness.

I used to beat myself up for not showing up on video the way the digital world expects. Now? I am embracing audio, resting in bed in my pyjamas, and trusting that the people who are meant to connect will connect.

Iโ€™d love for you to read my latest reflection. Inside, I talk about Jean-Paul Sartre, Viktor Frankl, and why redefining what "success" looks like is essential for us warriors.

I can't wait to hear your thoughts on this one. Grab a warm drink and listen to the audio/read it here ๐Ÿ‘‡

How many times have you been told that your pain is "all in your head" or just down to stress?

For decades, the physical reality of fibromyalgia has been dismissed due to a lack of clear biological markers. But science is finally catching up with what our bodies have known all along.

A landmark 2026 genetic study looking at over 2.5 million individuals has provided powerful new evidence that fibromyalgia has a true biological foundation rooted largely in the central nervous system and neural cell types.

While this is emerging research, not a cure or a standalone diagnostic test, it marks a monumental shift. It proves once and for all that our symptoms are physical, measurable, and biological.

To every warrior who has ever left a doctor's office feeling dismissed or disbelieved: your pain is real, your nervous system is working overtime, and you are not imagining this. ๐Ÿ’œ

Drop a ๐Ÿ’œ if this brings you validation today, and share this post with someone who needs to see the science behind our invisible illness.
