A home I cleansed recently felt heavy the second you walked in. No names, just the house and me.

Nothing wrong on paper, but all I wanted to do was leave. It felt cold, uncomfortable and kept giving me the creeps.

Turns out it was holding decades of other people's stuff. One session later the whole place felt calm, peaceful and cozy and the family felt it straight away.

Let me tell you about a young woman I worked with recently. No names, just her energy and mine.

Anxious, really hard on herself, goody two shoes, people pleaser, keeping up with the Sharma's and Gupta's and always setting really high expecations of herself which she could never meet.

When I looked, the heavy energy stuff she was feeling, was handed down to her. It had come down her family line, 26 generations, long before she was born.

I removed it. And the best part? It stops with her now and doesn't get passed down to her kids.

She's the one who broke the pattens and cycles in her lineage.

Let me tell you what I actually do, because most people hear energy healing and think, WHAT!

Everything is energy and I mean everything.

This isn't woo I cooked up in my kitchen.

It's physics, the proper science you did at school. , All of it is energy - the air, water, fire, sound. And you, from your head down to your toes, you're all energy as well.

As you're energy, it can get really heavy & stuck, and this is where I come in.
