A time out just for you. Soothing sounds of Himalayan singing bowls by candlelight, a Reiki meditation & maybe even a couple of sweet treat snacks to send you home with.

I remember so much of this being said to me and I just can't explain how much it fed into my anxiety. We give new mums such a hard time when all they're trying to do is their best.

When we say we've tried everything, we usually have...at least 30 times.

Can you relate? Anything else you'd add?

Nothing more expected of you than to just show up with your babe and sink into wherever you are.

Who is this for?: all caregivers and pre-crawling babies.

Babies come first - if you need to change/feed/soothe your little one, all is welcome and only adds to the symphony we create together! Along with some burps and 💩 sometimes too 😂!

If you're looking for something truly different to do with your baby, this could be just the thing 💕
