Here at T-Lovers we offer Tea Ceremonies (both in person and virtual), Tea Courses on how to do your own Tea Practice, Journeys of Cultivating Presence, Tea Retreats and so much more

Lera has been a devoted Practitioner of the Leaf for many years. For centuries, Tea in the form of Chadao Practice has been used by Daoist Sages and Buddhist Monks for alchemy and transformation. Lera holds sacred spaces with the Medicine of Tea in Chadao tradition facilitating journeys from the head to the heart, to the intimacy of life itself. Tea as a sacred plant medicine creates this space for us to drop into the heart and just be.

So often we separate our everyday life and spiritual life.
But to be human is to be spiritual.
Spirituality and life itself are one and the same.
We just need to have the eyes to see it, to experience it as such.

Tea Ceremony is such a beautiful bridge between these realms. It truly connects what we see as ordinary and mundane in our everyday existence and the sacred. It helps us to see that they are one and the same. Tea as a medicine almost cleanses our eyes so we finally begin to see it, to feel it, to experience it. It allows us to see the beauty in those simple ordinary extraordinary moments of our life.

And what can be better than experiencing this in a very special place?
GENERAL ASSEMBLY is a space which is all about beauty and flow.
And I am so happy that we are joining our forces together to offer this magical combination to the public.

When Veronika Veronika comes to the tea ceremony I am always left with the most amazing images that capture it. 😘 and nobody even notices the moment she takes them. She is definitely a talent ♥️

My amazing client and a friend wanted to have a tea ceremony for his fast and productive team, so they could slow down a little and be. It was on very short notice and it had to be in Mayfair.

So I spent a few evenings searching for the places and there was a gallery that felt suitable - it was in Mayfair, it had big windows, lots of daylight and wooden floors. It was in between the exhibitions so there was no art on the walls, but they replied very quickly, were open and friendly and we booked it.

What a beautiful space it is, right opposite the church, which offered amazing views. It was such a joy to set up and serve tea there, it felt quite special for me. Even though there were a lot of bags to carry up and down many floors - I felt excited and joyful, to serve tea in that place and for my friend. And when I stepped into the place I understood why.

It is just so nice to have a budget to play with, to not think about the price too much when looking for spaces - it kind of frees you up, and gems are found along the way.

Two days of tea ceremonies in nature under an ancient tree that held us so lovingly. What an incredible group of guests - I am so touched and honoured by everyone who chooses to spend their time with tea. What a beautiful choice to spend time in shared silence and stillness. Together.
And when it’s done in nature the connection to yourself and life just deepens.

So grateful. Wishing for more warm days so we can do more of these soon

This post is long overdue! The last few months were intense and very beautiful. beautiful in the most unexpected way. So I was just enjoying them to the full. It meant though, that my attention was elsewhere and I didn’t do any promotion or sharing of the events that are on offer. My attention is now a little bit more balanced and as the sun is shining and the temperatures are rising, the energy is returning to share all the magical events that are happening in the next few months.

~ Outdoor Tea Ceremonies ~ in the same location under the majestic tree in Kensington gardens. It will be very warm next week, and I am holding two tea ceremonies there.

~ Moon Tea Ceremonies are always an opportunity to slow down, to pause, to feel and connect.

~ Tea & Handpan Journey with Hannah Aiyana. She is such a skillful handpan player, makes her own ones and also runs her own handpan school. It will be magical.

~ Tea & Alchemy event with Robyn ~ this event starts with the tea ceremony to ground and open us, then nourishing lunch made by Robyn, and then the talk and exploration by Robyn about life. We have many conversations, moments of silence and laughs.

~ Awaken Your Senses: Tea Ceremony + Himalayan Breath with Nina. This is the most magical event that I always look forward to. Nina will guide us through the sensual awakening breath, and also a sound healing that includes her incredible voice (the soundtrack to this post is her!)

~ The Rouge Shop in Stoke Newington ~ Tea Ceremony ~ this is like a second home now

~ The Temple of Her Pelvis ~ with Samara ~ slow and subtle somatic movement and tea ceremony, these always feel so potent and opening

~ Re:Mind Studio ~ Tea & Sound Ceremony

~ Tea & Cello Ceremony with Garwyn, those who know - know how special and healing these are...

~ Fulham Pier ~ Pier by the Sea Tea Ceremony ~ new stunning location, the ceremony will be held with the amazing views of the river and vast sky, so if you live in West London, I hope you can join.
