The 22nd World Congress of IFSO will be held at the QEII Centre at the heart of London, UK in 2017 between the 29th August and the 2nd September. The scientific program for provides a unique opportunity for all interested in obesity and metabolic surgery to share their experiences, expertise and knowledge and seek practical solutions in their search to eradicate and manage this epidemic. With more than 8 postgraduate courses, multiple symposia and numerous oral, video and live operating sessions, this is set to be a great meeting. The post-graduate courses include the 6th International Conference on Sleeve Gastrectomy as well as a One Anastomosis Gastric Bypass (OAGB-MGB) consensus workshop. There will be networking lunches organised for allied health professionals, Young IFSO members and Women in Bariatric Surgery. 'Meet the expert' sessions have also been arranged in the lunch breaks.
