📢 Important information about registrations

📅 From 1st November 2026 to 31st March 2027 there will be a temporary freeze on the movement of patients between Practices.

This decision has been taken by the Strategic Planning and Performance Group to ensure patient safety.

This means that any patient who is currently registered with the Practice should remain registered, and anyone looking to leave their current Practice to join another Practice within the same catchment area during this time is unable to do so.

✅ ONLY patients new to the area (including new babies), or without a current GP Practice will be able to register.

Creating Change Together 💜

What happens when women come together, build confidence, share experiences and turn their ideas into positive action in their communities? Amazing things can happen! 🌱

Our Developing Women in the Community groups are about more than personal development. They’re about social action, connection and making a difference.

Through the programme, women will have opportunities to:
✨ Build new connections and strengthen their community
✨ Develop confidence, skills and leadership
✨ Identify issues that matter to them and work together to create positive change
✨ Support families and help make their communities stronger and more connected

The group sessions from next week will focus on Social Action for Change - working together across the DCSDC Area, groups will design and carry out a Social Action project aimed at making a difference in their own communities and focusing on what really matters to them.
