🙏’This class is the highlight of my week.I carry the Tai Chi forward into my daily life, and it’s helped with my movement a lot’
🙏’Helps me to relax, helps me with my breathing and mindfulness’
Mags also spoke about what the practices are about:
‘Tai Chi is a form of slow-moving martial art movements, where you learn to feel the energy of the movements without holding onto tension.
Qigong means energy practice.Qi (pronounced ‘chee’) means energy.Gong (pronounced ‘gung’) means to practice.’
📑Research highlights how Tai Chi and Qigong can be beneficial across the cancer care continuum, helping to manage cancer related fatigue, ease pain, lower stress levels ,improve physical function and quality of life.
