Good morning all! This week from 26-31st October I am inviting people to experience a Rebalance Treatment with me at my home clinic in Manningtree.

This is a 90 min full body experience combining reiki, aromatherapy and massage alongside somatic practices which focus on releasing physical, emotional and mental tensions. These may be showing up as pain, headaches, disrupted sleep, anxiety, worry, overwhelm or irritability.

No two treatments are the same, after an in-depth consultation I adapt every element of the treatment to exactly what you need in that moment. Simply turn up as you are and I shall do the rest.
