Breakfast burrito 🌯 batch.

Polish style: jajecznica (like scramble eggs but with all the goods inside: bacon, sausage, onions, chives) and sourkraut.
Easiest combo. I mage huge batch of jajecznica and add chopped sourkrout with it. Balances nicely and freezes/heats up alright too.

Testing few with jajecznica and kimch8 for a bit of a kick.

Ps. Extra happy with myself as finally found British brand of wraps that doesn't have any emulsifiers !

Finally achieved the proper fizz, mind you this video show the very end of it. I had bubbles, I had fizz, i had loud pop, I had it all lol.

This is the first reasonable water kefir result I got. After many unsuccessful tries.

I used to think it didn't work because it was not sour but sweet after first ferment.

So it turns out water kefir grains brake the sugar into two different simple sugars: fructose and glucose, and the kefir grains feeds only one one of them. Hence the sweetness of the kefir.

But I found that leaving it for longer second fermentation (at least 3/4days) creates nice fizzy tingly drink.
