I’ve flown for the first time in 13 years to be in Oslo to meet and learn from some of the most interesting people in the global sauna world for the 19th International Sauna Congress. We had the most amazing day yesterday at the opening ceremony at Oslo City Hall, where the Nobel Peace Prize is awarded. We then spent the evening at The Well. Feeling truly grateful and can’t wait to tell you all about it. Apologies for the radio silence and the lack of community sessions. I was in a car accident this summer and it has meant I’ve had to focus on healing mentally and physically. Sessions will resume soon. Love from the fjords Jen x

We were honoured to host the first-ever sauna at Carsington Water. Just listen to that first löyly, the first of many!

We are hugely excited to host many good sauna times for everyone to come and we want that to include you, our wonderful community. We are back at Carsington Water (Millfields) this weekend!
