โค๏ธ โI just didnโt feel like โmeโ anymoreโฆโ
Thatโs what one of my clients told me when we first started working together.
She had been through breast cancer and, following her treatment, HRT wasnโt an option for her.
Sheโd spent years struggling with menopause symptoms and had reached the point where she wondered if this was simply how life was going to be.
Then something changed.
After 12 weeks, she told me she was sleeping 7โ8 hours a night instead of 4โ5.
Her energy had improved.
Her sense of humour had returned.
And she was starting to feel like herself again. โค๏ธ
When she told me her story, it really stayed with me.
Because I know there are women who have been through cancer who may feel that, because HRT isn't suitable for them, there isn't much they can do to support themselves through menopause.
But is that really true?
That's what I've been exploring in my September newsletter.
And I've shared a little more about what happened for my client โ and some of the small changes we worked on together.
If this is something that affects you, or someone you care about, I'd love you to have a read.
