Road works outside studio think they may be there a few days so parking is an issue … unless they move the huge lorries 🚛

I would advise parking at village hall in the day time .. early morning and evening will be fine 🅿️

Bore da all🌅
I have made a few changes to the timetable

‼️Friday at 1pm has become a slightly cheaper class at £8 but packages can not be used for it

‼️and I have introduced a 14-18 year old class on a Thursday at 430pm £8 a class

‼️Tuesday is mat day in the studio and if you are a total beginner the 7am class is a good place to start !

In October I will be adding the man class back in as well as a post pregnancy class for mums and babies to come along to

Something for everyone !! If there is anything I may have missed or a time or type of class you would like to see let me know!
