🤔 In the studio we love a good chat and we are all so open about mental health, with eachother and our clients 🤗
So I want to do a little something to raise awareness, especially at this time of year which can be so hard for people.
🌙Shorter darker days, feeling the need to celebrate and put on a mask, changes to routine, missing loved ones who are no longer here, or painful memories creeping back as we all start to slow down and stay home more for the winter 🛏
✏️I have worked on these semi colon designs to make them affordable, and also able to donate a small portion of the cost to a great mental health non profit charity MIND 🧠
These are repeatable, they don't have a time limitation, and the studio is a safe place for anyone struggling themselves, living with neurodivergant battles, dealing with loss or PTSD and more 💔
