For those who are struggling to afford food, The Feed has opened a Social Supermarket in Norwich. They offer a wide range of affordable groceries at a lower cost than many other supermarkets. Including, free fruit & veg, bakery items and toiletries.

Any Norwich resident struggling to afford enough food can become a member for free.

This week we are sharing information on the topic of mindfulness. Mindfulness can be a great tool when it comes to stressful times, coping with anxiety or simply enjoying living in the moment.
