Hey Everyone,

I just wanted to pop on to tell you that I am now offering shorter “mini-sessions” for anyone who may be short on time and perhaps budget.
These mini-sessions can still be effective for clearing less complex blocks, or perhaps boosting your relaxation, or giving you some grounding… whether through meditation, hypnotherapy or coaching…

Shorter sessions may be 15, 30, or 45 minutes long and costs range from £15 - £40

I wanted to share this success story of Andy who I worked with two years ago to help overcome his fear of heights. Following a few sessions of NLP and Hypnotherapy, Andy has been able to go to heights that would previously been too difficult to enjoy.

This week he let me know he was heading to London for his wife’s 50th birthday celebrations, and the first stop would be the Shard, to enjoy champagne and the views from the top, which would have been a real no go before the sessions.

Hypnotherapy and NLP can be powerful tools to help anyone overcome fears and phobias, and Andy’s story can be an inspiration to anyone looking to take that step, and shows that the positive effects of hypnotherapy are lasting.

A couple of images that caught my eye this morning that resonated with conversations I’ve been having this week.
I tend not to focus too much on weakness, more helping people nurture the strength within themselves.
That said, I know being alone can highlight some of the frailer traits within our human experience. I know many people and have worked with many clients who find it hard to be in their own company. It was the same for me a few years ago.

Being on your own can expose your vulnerability and fears. Being able to overcome those vulnerabilities, frailties and fears —maybe with the support of others initially — can help you truly know and accept yourself, and from that you begin to tap into what defines you from the crowd, to find your special and unique power to share with the world.

Avoid using the judgement and social proofing of others to form your opinions, it is easy to fall into an echo chamber that creates a far too comfortable place at times, but the soul will eventually become restless, and the time to become uncomfortable again will always beckon the brave and those willing to discover their truest selves 🗝️ 💫

📣📣Two days until the Festival of Wellness in Norwich this Weekend.

This is Felix, my extremely gifted and creative son, who today has been helping me with my website. He’s going to be doing some bits of work for Wu to help with social media, website changes and improvements, and also some audio and video editing — plus some other tasks that are going to really help with the general running of the business.
The few hours he is able to give me are a huge help to me — whilst allowing him to hone his computer and media skills that he has aspirations to pursue further one day.
Plus the extra money he earns he is investing in building his own PC. I’m very happy with the enthusiasm he has shown today, his first day working with his Dad.. he has been getting used to the web software (anyone who works with Wix will know how challenging this can be!😆) familiarising himself with the webpages and also giving me suggestions to improve what’s there. Having him do this has been so valuable, as he is spotting things that I have maybe missed and he is already making small refreshing changes to make the site easier to navigate 🧡🧡

I would like to wish my friends, family, clients, followers and anyone who has supported me over the past year a very Merry Christmas. It has been another incredible year full new challenges, learning and growth, excitement, laughter, and some amazing journeys.

It was really great to catch up with Jona this week so I could present him with his Certificate of Completion and a gift for recently completing one of my 3 month coaching programmes. The gift was a wooden Nordic Wayfinder/Compass - as a representation of the metaphoric compass he built during the coaching programme.
Building their compass is an important part of the journey for my clients as it is built from their passions, beliefs, principles and rules that are elicited and redefined throughout the programme - so that they can sense and navigate towards the opportunities that align best with their purpose, as they move forwards.

I have just returned home after a short break in Norway — feeling fully recharged and ready for some new challenges.
I was treated to views of snowy mountains and icy Fjords — as well as spending time with a very good friend I hadn’t seen for a few years, and got to meet his two little daughters.
I spent most of my time in Ål, a small town in the mountains of the Hallindal valley, in the Viken County — surrounded by snow glistened Norwegian Spruce and Pine Trees — creating a magical backdrop for a few days of rest and and calm.

Life offers opportunities to do something a little different and a little spontaneous at times, to breakaway from the daily/routine and the universe pays you back with wonderful experiences and a revitalised mind, body and soul. 💫

I’m not sure how much more downtime I will get between now and Christmas so I am very grateful to have had this break and to experience something a bit different.

I am now back home in the working rhythm again, seeing the world with a fresh perspective — working on some new ideas and looking forward to introducing some new coaching plans for people searching/unleashing their passion and purpose in the New Year — including group coaching sessions — as well as a new Past Life Regression experience that I will be offering.
