ONE DAY TO GO… with the treatment room launch tomorrow, today is the last day to secure your discounted bookings and enter the prize draw! 🎉
Enjoy this little reel of my journey making the treatment room with a handful of clips along the way of the process. It wasn’t an easy ride, but worth it! From an old kitchen, transformed to a playroom that had been badly wallpapered over multiple times, bearing scars of water damage, this room was in need of some love. Starting in May, the wallpaper removal and then remnant paint scraping continued on until September! Exhausting work, especially over Summer! 🥵 By no means perfected, a fresh coat of white primer transformed the space from the months of off-putting yellow and plaster pink combination I’d grown mad staring at for so long! By the end of September the space was really coming together with the beautiful earthy neutral on the walls, fresh gloss, and the chance to start bringing in some of the amazing furniture I’d started to source over the previous months 🤩
A huge thank you to Alfie, a local guy I found on Facebook marketplace through his step-daughter-in-law advertising his handmade cupboards. He created a stunning bespoke dresser and table exactly as I’d envisioned from a terrible drawing I made 😅 Forever grateful for his time and skill 🙏 A lot of decorations I already owned, but many things I consciously selected from local shops and small businesses. 20m of fairy lights later, and reliant of my partner being the ultimate handy man, we had a room that brought the magic I had been dreaming of! 🥹
This room has been a team effort, and wouldn’t have happened without the help of lots of people - chiefly my partner, for being my back up scraper when I was so mind numb of doing it and for not protesting (too much 😅) when I wanted things put up here there and everywhere after long days at work. Also the guy responsible for making my gorgeous book shelves, so thank you 🤗
And a big
Spring equinox 🌸🐣
Today we celebrate Ostara, ‘the light of the Earth’, marking the beginning of Spring. A balance is struck between light and dark as the length of day and night align as equal. From this point, the days grow longer and lighter 🌞🌙
Symbolic of fertility and new life, planting seeds, birdsong, and a refreshed and rejuvenated awakening.
What intentions are you planting within your heart? How will you grow? 🌱🤲✨
How adorable is this?! 🥰

I keep rewatching this and feeling all emotional - it’s about a year ago that I first launched these classes and it’s been the most wonderful journey! Thank you to everyone who’s supported these classes and made them what they are today 🥹

imagine this…
ambient lighting
incense lit
a deep breath
and then we flow! ✨
It truly is magical! As much as I’m looking forward to the light evenings of Summer, I do love the coziness of the studio in the Winter months ✨
There’s a special something about arriving into a warm, dimly lit space with the calming music on and a beautiful scent in the air. It soothes the soul! 🧘♀️
