Shadows (ego) is showing up not just in the collective but individually.

Energies are amplified more today because of the full moon in Capricorn. 22 is a master number, Magdalen came to teach us how to bring light into the shadows, to come into balance with the masculine/feminine principles, to become our own sovereign being.

🌸 I am working with this beautiful Rhythm of Beauty Flower essence and I can already notice the shifts.
As I’m connecting to the Mother aspect of the triple goddess energy and the season of summer, ( fire element) I can already feel the shifts within my body.
I am orally taking the summer essence and placing in my bath water, today I’ve had to use my oak tree essence in my bath as well for the masculine/feminine principles to be balanced as I feel my physical body realigning to the new energy shifts that are flooding our planet.
When we work with the triple goddess energy and the seasons we become more aligned to our true soul purpose and what we have come here to do.
My seasonal work I have been doing since winter and I can really notice the transformational effect it has had on me. As I step back into the ancient ways of working with nature through nutrition, flowers, trees, crystals and the Earth.

Inner child wounding has been coming up and my own inner parents have been nurturing this aspect of myself. ( holy trinity, mother father child).
We are in the sun sign of cancer ( mother energy) and the opposite to this is Capricorn (father energy). So this is the perfect time now to do this deep inner work.
Whilst I’m letting go of sadness, self doubt being seen and heard, the flower essence is aiding me in stepping into my divine feminine leadership.
Supporting my heart and womb which will allow me to ignite my creative energy and bring it into manifestation ( ladies mantle & Jasmine, Rose). The essence is helping me to have the strength, optimism and to be guided by intuition ( the olive blossoms).
But first I have had to do some inner shadow work to allow this to flow and to come into fruition.🌸

Definitely going through this at the moment, purging old stagnant energy from the physical body to allow more light and flow in.
My crystal wands have been out in full force as well as using the Emmett technique to realign the muscles of my body, all down my left hand side, which is the feminine principle.
Releasing old emotions from the past with adventurine crystal wand to aid in moving forward alongside clear quartz crystal to relieve the pain.
We are in the mother energy of cancer and have just had a full moon in Capricorn connected to the father energy, so any inner child wounds that you may be holding onto will be coming up around this time.
Listen to your body it speaks to you with pains, what are you holding onto? What stagnant chi energy needs to shift and flow once more? What emotions are affecting your physical body? We may not even be consciously aware that we are holding onto emotions such as fear, anger, resentment, sadness, grief etc.
Until we allow ourselves to feel to go into the emotion to be consciously aware of it it will always represent itself in pain.
When we are consciously aware of it we can shift the stagnant energy chi flow, freeing our bodies from the pain we hold onto.
We are not meant to be in pain it’s time that we begin to listen to our bodies 🩷

Effects of child abuse in adult life

Abuse creating trauma held in the brain
Coping mechanisms at the time of abuse
The world is understood as unsafe
It is a very lonely survival
Powerless with no voice

That’s the child and also the emotional inside of the survivor of abuse.

Many people can appear strong, functional and together in daily life, yet challenged in certain situation, often relationships, which cause this feeling of being unsafe to be present.

The brain is trying so hard to look for safety that much can appear unsafe even when actually it’s okay.
Feelings of abandonment, neglect, unimportant, unloved can so easily surface.
It can be exhausting dealing with these emotions and a struggle to remain connected to the safe reality.
Peoples actions can look very unsafe but in reality they are actually human with emotions doing the best they can.
I’m not talking about actual abusive situations, hopefully we’ve developed enough within our wise inner parent to remove ourselves from those types of people and situations.
What I’m talking about is just human relationships and the mirrors reflecting our internal world back to us.

What is needed is understanding. To understand ourselves and each other.
See beyond behaviour and upset to realise this person is feeling unsafe. What they need is you to help them feel safe again.
To often in relationships people become defensive. This makes the existing pain increase greatly, whereas listening and understanding why the painful feelings are there is very balancing and instantly calming.
Massively the person doesn’t feel alone, which they have been surviving abuse and coping with the effects of that in adult life.

Most abused people are resilient, functional, level headed and happy but certain situations can be very difficult and overwhelming. Again, listening and understanding will reduce the level of feeling overwhelmed, allowing the nervous system to be soothed.

It’s not our fault, but as an adult we can feel we should know how to handle things better. Trauma was created and is held in the brain through no fault of our own. We need to understand this as do our loved ones.

We may always find certain situations difficult, and that’s okay because that’s not us. We soon will return back to our balanced state again.
And if struggling, get healthy support.
Remember you are not alone, many others know what it’s like 💕

HOW YOUR SACRED HEALING CONTRACTS WITH THE GODDESS UNFOLD (and why deep feminine soul healing takes time) 🌞🦋

I spend much of my life-force energy and working life helping people awaken to, and embody, their soul contracts with the Goddess.

One way that spiritual guides will open you up to your healing purpose is through spiritual initiation rituals, or 'energy activations'.

We will soon be stepping into the triple goddess energy of the mother archetype.
This is not about becoming a mother although for some it may be.
Our wombs are the portal of creativity, what needs to be birthed?
This is about abundance, fertility and creativity, just like the season of summer.
The element for summer is fire,🔥 what fire is burning inside of you that needs to come forward at this time?
When we nurture all aspects of the goddess within we become so much more aligned to our mission and purpose.
We also have to be careful in the summer months not to burn ourselves out for the winter months.
So nurturing self love and care is vital at this time.
With the mother energy of the summer we can open our hearts up more to the divine love within, tuning into our hearts desires.

Each season I work with these archetypes, each season is associated to a goddess, I am looking forward to delving into another aspect this Autumn which is the Queen energy.
Many years ago I tuned into my triple goddess aspect through my guides, kind of stumbled across them like most of the work I do.
So I was intuitively guided to work with these archetypes they bring you back to who you really are.
The maiden energy taught me how to love my body, to trust, to take leaps of faith and enjoy change.
My mother energy has taught me to nurture myself, to be seen to be heard, to be held, to be loved.
My crone energy has taught me that all my wisdom resides inside myself, to trust my intuition and to always be guided by it.

I am forever evolving as we all are, with all the guidance that has been giving to me throughout the years, from my guides my inner wisdom and to some great teachers that have walked into my pathway (always at the right time).
I can pass this wisdom on to others, this is the pathway of self love.
