Rhythm of beauty seasonal alignments really do connect you to your own inner temple. The more we work in the natural cycles of the earth the more we truly begin to know ourselves. These alignments are an invitation to bring and connect us to our divine feminine energy. As the seasons change so do we, we transform exactly like them we spiral 🌀 instead of looping feeling stagnant and stuck.

The sacredness is in yourself and nature plays a huge part of this. Each season the products change to suit our skin bringing us back into synergy these are not just facials, massages etc these are soul connected sacred workings, created through the goddess. A remembrance of a time where we aligned to the seasons and gave our bodies all the attention that it needs to stay in balance and harmony. So I invite you to remember what we have lost true alignment to our body and soul… when we are at ease within our bodies there is no dis-ease 🫶

🌹Self love🌹

Self love in a nutshell is looking after your own emotional, mental and physical wellbeing.
Where you place your energy that’s the energy that flows back.
When you embody self love you become a cup that overflows therefore you have enough to share with others.
In the past we have been taught to just get on with it help others at the cost of our own wellbeing.
This is old energy that no longer serves anyone, we have to allow ourselves to overflow, how can you serve others when feeling depleted and drained yourself?

It’s not selfish to take care of you and I don’t mean in a materialistic sense, buying and consuming we all know that the richest of people can sometimes still be the saddest.
Richness comes from seeing your own worth your own uniqueness, bringing love back to all those places that have been hurt, disappointed, abandoned etc.

If you can see yourself as a child how would you treat that child? Would you say unkind words to a child? Would you hurt a child? Or would you build it up with love, compassion, understanding?
Direct this same love into you, become your own mother/father and start to nurture all parts of yourself.
Your emotional, mental, physical and spiritual bodies need tender loving care.
You are important! All parts of yourself! But only you can give yourself this love no one else but you.
Be the embodiment of self love, speak kindly to yourself listen to your heart, protect your energy and start to invest in your own wellbeing.
Come back to love the only way out is in,go within listen and be gentle with yourself 🫶

This exciting one day course combines the use of crystals and massage techniques. This wonderful combination teaches you how to massage your whole body and which crystals you can use. You will benefit from the physical massage and the energetic healing properties of the crystals.

This is a wonderful self-help tool where you’ll be able to look after your body whenever you need too. Massaging with a crystal is a wonderful mindful activity which makes your body feel more comfortable and balanced, as will your mind and emotions.

You’ll start the day learning about crystals, how to cleanse them, connect with your crystal wand, and learn how to massage from your feet to your head with it.
You will receive a manual so you can reference back to it at home which clearly shows how to massage each area.
You’ll be able to treat….

Aches and pains

Shoulder pain

This one day course is for self-care and it’s also the foundation to the accredited Crystal Massage Healer Course and the Crystal Massage Therapist Course.

Had my first Rhythm of Beauty Summer Alignment this morning. Such a beautiful nurturing alignment, trusting that what needs to come up always does to bring the mind body and soul back into balance. I so love how our bodies change with the seasons these are such supportive sacred teachings that I have had the privilege to train in.
