Not gonna lie I had a little cry making this. I may have only been back for a few months of 2024 but what a few months it's been!
When you're self employed it's so easy to be self critical but looking back on all of those little smiling faces makes me remember why I love what I do so much.

Babies enjoyed a full body massage, focusing on the face and back today, amazing for helping to clear those sinuses, ease teething pain and give babies some tummy time practice.
We spent some time enjoying the christmas lights, exploring our Christmas sensory areas and finishing with some photos with our graduation props and a certificate signed with their tiny little footprints 👣

I often get asked what class I'd recommend for newborn babies and my answer will always be baby massage.
There are so many wonderful benefits for parents and babies, but my favourite is the bonding time it gives you. An hour to focus totally on your baby, releasing oxytocin for both of you and strengthening that special bond between you.
There's a real sense of community in these classes too and watching friendships form is really beautiful to watch. There's plenty of 'me too' moments and so much support for eachother.
There really is no class quite like baby massage ❤️
