Such a beautiful full moon last night 🌕✨ It seemed especially big and bright, another supermoon!
One of my little personal rituals after a sound bath is to take a photo of the full moon once everything is packed away, just before I set off home. It feels like a lovely moment to pause, take a breath, and mark the end of the evening.
As anyone who has been to one of my sound baths will know, there is nearly always a botanical touch to my events, whether they’re actually held in a garden or not! 🌿
Last night I brought along bunches of eucalyptus, with its fresh, clearing scent, a little nod to making space for clarity, balance and whatever this next season might bring. With the equinox behind us, Libra season upon us, and the nights beginning to draw in, it feels like such a natural time to gently turn inwards, rebalance and make a little more space. And, as an added bonus, eucalyptus is rather lovely at this time of year when we’re all thinking about clear airways!
Thank you so much to everyone who came along last night. Thank you for your presence, your energy, and the lovely conversations before and after the sound bath. I truly appreciate you all. 🥰
If you’d like to join me for a sound bath soon, my upcoming dates are:
