Exercise means something different to us all. Whatever your reasons - fun with your team, feeling energised, or having "me time" - this #ReturntoPlay is welcome news for everyone @Sport_England
If you're a club, team or even an individual sportsperson looking forward to returning to play, why not set yourself or your team some challenges to keep them active and motivated in advance of the next step of the roadmap?
Many of us will have done at least one of these challenges over the past year since lockdown began, but it's never too late to try another or repeat a challenge and see if you can improve! Remember, just 10 extra minutes of activity a day could provide a world of benefits.
Here are some ideas to get you started. For more Return to Play workout ideas, check out: www.activenorfolk.org/active-at-home *3
